Who’s behind it?
My name is Alberto Cerdán Ariza, an engineer by training and a swimmer at heart. I’ve been connected to water since I was a child, and in recent years I’ve swum halfway around the world: from swimming 25 km in Menorca, to joining Formentera with Ibiza, to swimming from Lanzarote to Fuerteventura.
But beyond the challenge, what drives me is sharing. That’s why I created Swim Wanderer: to combine my passion for swimming, travel, and people, and offer others what I dreamed of experiencing. With experience organizing competitive and social events, and being part of security operations at elite events like the Open Water World Cup and the Triathlon World Cup, I know well what makes an event safe, fun, and unforgettable.
What we do
We organize open water swimming experiences for all levels, from personal challenges to international competitive events.
But it’s not just about swimming: we take care of the logistics, accommodations, tourist activities, training, and everything you need so you can enjoy yourself without a worry.
We want you to come to swim, but also to experience life. That’s why we take care of every detail before, during, and after the event.
